Anyone Home?

Your bars have gone severely downhill in the last year or so: rancid nuts and/or oils. Your packing of orders is abhorrent: excessive use of non-recyclable styrofoam peanuts and boxes *entirely coated* with layers of plastic tape.

No one responds to emails sent. Invoices are sent from an address that mail cannot be delivered to. Nowhere on your site (logged in or no) are there controls to modify/cancel a subscription.

If you charge me for another renewal, I'll contest the charge to my credit card.
